How Ping! Works
Coaching companies and personal trainers use Ping! to build and deliver their own structured training programmes. Simply onboard your athletes, assign their personalised plans, and deliver each session straight to their devices — no spreadsheets, no guesswork. Just expert coaching, executed exactly as intended.
Step 1: Import Your Workouts
You’ve already built your workouts in your existing training platform. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel — we start by importing your existing .FIT files into Ping!
Step 2: Build Your Programmes

Step 3: Add Your Clients
